There are so many reasons that people think that having a blog won’t work for them. For example, people who run an offline business – that doesn’t matter because even offline businesses should have some kind of online presence and be able to share content with their audience in order to stay at top of mind since this is typically going to be the first place people search for your business aside from social media.

The other reason they think having a blog isn’t a good idea for them is because they think that it won’t work for their type of business, but when it comes to blogging there are no rules around this – since you’re simply sharing information with those who are interested in your product or service.

The best way to capture leads from your blog is to make sure you have a way to ask for someone’s email address so that you can stay in touch with them and add them to your funnel.

Builds authority:

Being able to create authority in your business is a must if you want to be able to continue to grow – especially nowadays when there’s going to be a lot of competition, so standing out and showing why you’re different is crucial, and having a blog that you update regularly with high-quality content that positions you as that authority is going to help you massively.

Builds trust and connection:

Trust is another crucial part of your business and being able to create that and maintain the ongoing connection with your audience can only happen if you’re consistently showing up and demonstrating why they should trust you and listen to you.

Great way to make sales:

The great thing about blog content is that you can leverage it in so many ways – not only can you use it to direct people into your sales funnel where you can make offers to them, but you can also repurpose your content into things like ebooks, info products and even course content that you can sell.
